Susan Scheuer

One of only 19 PMA Certified Pilates Teachers™ in the state of Massachusetts and with 27 years of fitness and health instruction experience, Susan Scheuer is highly qualified to teach this effective and specialized form of exercise and "whole body health for life.” Susan offers small group Pilates training using specialized Pilates equipment, including four cadillac/reformers with trapeze tables, four stability chairs, and a ladder barrel in her custom built studio in Rowley. She also offers one-on-one sessions and spinning for an additional cardio workout.
